How do I place an order?

I choose the item of my choice and add it to the basket. To add an item to the cart, click on the “add to cart” button. Once your product has been added to the basket, click on the “my basket” button in the top right corner or “go to basket” and click on “order”

At the time of delivery, my package has been opened and a product is missing, how to do ?

If you notice that the package has been opened in the presence of the delivery person, note this on the packing slip. Specify the missing product(s) and quantities. Then contact our customer service using the form on our contact page, an advisor will give you the procedure to follow to solve this incident.

What are the delivery times? What are the delivery times?

To avoid high storage and labour costs, we work directly with our producers and therefore have no intermediaries. This allows us to offer you really advantageous prices compared to what you could have in a physical shop.

Our average delivery time is 5 to 10 working days on average except when specified in the product description.

A processing time of 48 to 72 hours is necessary to prepare the orders.

Do you ship out of the country?

Absolutely, we can ship anywhere in the world.

Do I have the option of exchanging a product?

If you wish to exchange a product, please contact our customer service using the form on our contact page. An advisor will give you the address where you can return it and will issue a credit note with which you can order the product of your choice.

Is my payment secure?

The payment by credit card or via PayPal made on the site is secure. We use a secure SSL certificate to protect your banking data. Credit cards, Bank transfer, Visa Eurocard and Mastercard are accepted. After the transaction, a payment confirmation email will be sent to you.

I didn't receive any order confirmation details?

This may occur due to an incorrect email address or a spam filter in your inbox. Please make sure that your email is written correctly when you place your order.

I want to change my delivery address. Is that possible?

If this happens to you, please contact us as soon as possible on our Contact Us page. We may still be able to make the change. However, if the product has already been shipped, we will not be able to do anything.
